# Springcast podcast monetization: dynamic content insertion for your own sponsors and promos Language: en Source: https://www.springcast.io/en/platform/podcast-monetization/ English version: https://www.springcast.io/en/platform/podcast-monetization/agent-context.txt ## In plain language Springcast's monetization tools let you place your own sponsor messages or promos in episodes through **dynamic content insertion**: Springcast inserts an audio clip into set positions in an episode (before, during or after the main content), in new and already published episodes, without re-uploading. You can change or remove the clip later without editing and re-uploading the episode, including episodes that are already online. You find the sponsor and agree the price yourself. Springcast does not sell your slots, does not take part in your deal and places no advertising of its own in your feed. ## Why organizations choose Springcast - **All data hosted in the EU.** Our applications run in the Netherlands, Germany and Finland. Video hosting: EU infrastructure. - **2,000+ organizations** use Springcast for their communication. - **Certified security:** ISO/IEC 27001:2022, independently certified by Brand Compliance under RvA accreditation (C 548). If you want a platform that finds advertisers for you or guarantees income, this is not that. ## How it works in practice 1. **Set slots per show**: a pre-roll, mid-rolls and a post-roll in the show settings. New episodes get the pre-roll and post-roll automatically. 2. **Add markers** in an episode where mid-rolls should play. 3. **Apply to existing episodes in bulk**. The new audio is generated in the background, not instantly; long episodes take longer. A reset restores the original audio file. 4. **Create a campaign** (Scale and Company): advertiser, tag, dates or no end date, your agreed price and an optional budget cap or impression target. 5. **Use tags as a waterfall**: when one campaign stops, the slot falls through to the next tag, for example your own house promo with no end date. ## Capabilities with practical value - Campaigns, an advertiser page with notes, and assets with versions, so a corrected spot replaces the old one in every campaign that uses it. - Impressions, revenue and eCPM per campaign, with a separate revenue overview for a period you choose. eCPM is revenue per thousand impressions. - A job log that shows when each episode in a bulk action is done. ## Conditions and limits - **Essential**: no dynamic content insertion. - **Professional**: markers, tags and show settings; campaigns, advertisers and revenue are switched off. - **Scale and Company**: all described functions. - An **impression** is a download of the episode audio with your campaign inserted. It shows how often that version was delivered, not that the spot was heard. Skipped advertising is not measured. - Statistics are calculated once every 24 hours, so a campaign can run for up to a day after it reaches its cap or target. - Revenue figures follow from the price you enter; they are not a market value or an earnings forecast. ## Sources and next step - Monetization page: https://www.springcast.io/en/platform/podcast-monetization/ - Creator plans: https://www.springcast.io/en/pricing/creator/ - Plans for organizations: https://www.springcast.io/en/pricing/company/
