# Springcast plans for organizations: Company Light, Company and Enterprise Language: en Source: https://www.springcast.io/en/pricing/company/ English version: https://www.springcast.io/en/pricing/company/agent-context.txt ## In plain language Company plans are Springcast's plans for organizations. They combine public podcasts for customers or a wider audience with, from Company upward, internal podcasts for employees in the private app Springcast Mobile. Pricing is custom: you describe what you need and receive a quote with features, services, price and terms. Payment runs through an annual invoice. ## Why organizations choose Springcast - **All data hosted in the EU.** Our applications run in the Netherlands, Germany and Finland. Video hosting: EU infrastructure. - **2,000+ organizations** use Springcast for their communication. - **Certified security:** ISO/IEC 27001:2022, independently certified by Brand Compliance under RvA accreditation (C 548). Details: https://www.springcast.io/en/legal/security-iso/ Organizations that use Springcast include European Parliament, Europol, ENISA, Netherlands Ministry of Defence, EUAA, UWV, VZVZ, Province of Noord-Holland, GGNet, Achmea, AXA, Allianz, DAF Trucks, Vodafone, Just Eat Takeaway.com, Eindhoven University of Technology, Delft University of Technology, Hersenstichting, NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences and Summa College. ## When this fits - You want to manage podcasts across multiple workspaces. - Your organization pays by invoice and needs agreed terms before purchase. - You want employees to listen in a private app, sign in with single sign-on (SSO) or get help with a supplier assessment. Every subscription lets you manage multiple shows within one account. A business can also choose a Creator plan if its features and terms meet its needs. ## What every Company plan includes Three podcasts, unlimited platform users, unlimited audio episodes and downloads, 500 GB of video storage and 500 GB of video traffic. Services and extra features differ per variant and are set out in your quote. ## Differences between the variants | | Company Light | Company | Enterprise | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Springcast Mobile (private app for employees) | Not included | Included | Included | | SSO | Not included | Option with a one-off fee | Included | | Procurement & Security onboarding | Available for a one-off fee | Included | Included | | Backup recovery | Not included | Paid per incident | Included | | Sector compliance guidance (DORA, NIS2, NEN 7510) | Not included | Not included | Included | | IP allow list and pen test option | Not included | Not included | Available | | Support | Best effort | Best effort | Priority | Further options, such as extra podcasts or workspaces, and the Springcast LMS add-on for training, are part of the quote. ## How it works in practice 1. Tell Springcast how many podcasts you want, who will listen and what you need for access and support. 2. Receive a proposal with the chosen features, services and price. 3. Agree the annual contract; you pay by annual invoice. ## Conditions and limits - Prices are custom, based on a quote. - Company always runs on a one-year contract with an annual invoice. It does not renew automatically: you receive a new quote before renewal. - API and MCP: Company plans include a call quota, but access is not switched on by default. Springcast activates it per workspace. - A white-label mobile app is possible but agreed and priced separately. - Procurement & Security onboarding: On request, a compliance officer takes your team through the security questionnaires. ## Sources and next step - Plans for organizations: https://www.springcast.io/en/pricing/company/ - Internal podcast: https://www.springcast.io/en/platform/internal-podcast/ - EU compliance: https://www.springcast.io/en/platform/podcast-eu-compliance/ - Request a proposal: https://www.springcast.io/en/contact/?context=pricing-company
