The Creator plans are Springcast's self-service plans for people who run their own podcast. Each plan includes one podcast, hosting with unlimited episodes and downloads, a podcast website and a player. The three plans differ in collaboration, transcripts, video, analytics depth, members-only podcasts, AI credits and connections to other tools. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial without a credit card. Springcast is trusted by 2,000+ podcasters.

## Which plan fits

- **Essential** fits if you publish an audio podcast on your own and want to see how often it is played. It has one user and no video or transcripts.
- **Professional** fits if you work on the podcast with others, want transcripts, video and YouTube publishing, more detailed analytics or a members-only podcast.
- **Scale** fits if you want social media results next to your plays, your own context data (Custom Data), full dynamic content for sponsor campaigns, or API and MCP access to connect other tools or an AI assistant.

An organization that needs multiple workspaces, invoicing or an internal app for employees should look at the Company plans instead.

## How billing works

- Prices are per month, excluding VAT; the current amounts are on the Creator pricing page.
- Pay monthly or annually. Annual billing has no discount.
- With monthly billing you can cancel each month. With annual billing the subscription runs to the renewal date; you can cancel up to that date without a notice period, but not end it early.
- Video storage, video traffic and AI credits have fixed allowances. Extra bundles can be bought if you need more.

## Conditions and limits

- Essential has no transcripts, and they cannot be bought separately on that plan.
- Social analytics shows figures from connected accounts, updated daily; it does not prove which post brought which listener.
- Members-only links can be forwarded, and a members-only player cannot be embedded elsewhere; see the private podcasting page.
