We use data solely to benefit all stakeholders or, at a minimum, to avoid causing harm. Under no circumstances will we sell or share your privacy-sensitive data with third parties.

Our standard processor agreement clearly defines the scope and duration of data processing, the nature and purpose of such processing, detailed descriptions of processing activities, and the responsibilities of both the data controller and the processor.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions when purchasing our products and services, you agree to the provisions outlined in this agreement.

ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign as our newsletter and marketing automation system. Here we store your information, such as email address and first and last nameWe use this software to keep our communications as relevant as possible. Some emails are relevant to a specific group of contacts, but not to everyone. And in a time of email overload, we want to create maximum relevance and keep the number of emails to the minimum. ActiveCampaign and the data we collect in it contributes to that.

Google Ads tracking

To monitor the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns, we have also installed a Google Ads tracking script. This anonymously tracks which clicks lead to a purchase.

FirstPromoter is a tool we employ to monitor and manage referrals from our affiliates and partners. This allows us to accurately track the performance of our affiliate marketing efforts and ensure that our partners are rewarded appropriately.

YouTube

YouTube integration (optional)When you choose to connect a Google account, Springcast uses Google OAuth to access YouTube API Services on your behalf.

We do this only to provide the features you enable (e.g., upload to your channel, show channel/video analytics). Our core privacy commitments continue to apply (GDPR, EU hosting, no data sales).

Scopes we request (only if you connect):

Google identity: …/auth/userinfo.email, …/auth/userinfo.profile  -  identify your account and show eligible channels.

YouTube Data: …/auth/youtube.readonly, …/auth/youtube.upload, …/auth/youtube.force-ssl - perform actions in your YouTube account (e.g. upload video, update video title & description

What we access & how we use it.
We may read your channel and video metadata, analytics and revenue metrics (read‑only) and, if you choose, upload content to your channel. We use this data solely to provide or improve Springcast features you activate. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or train AI models on it.

Your controls.
You can disconnect inside Springcast at any time. You can also revoke Springcast’s access in your Google account at **https://myaccount.google.com/permissions** (Google’s security settings). If you revoke or disconnect, we stop access and delete Authorized Data tied to that authorization; users must also be informed that revocation is available via Google’s security settings.

Retention & deletion.
We retain OAuth tokens and minimal identifiers only while the connection is active. We do not store data indefinitely; upon your deletion request, we delete related data.Security.We protect Google user data with industry‑standard technical and organizational measures (e.g., encrypted storage in transit, access controls, least‑privilege).
