Once agreed, you have an annual contract and an annual invoice. You receive a new quote before renewal; the contract does not renew automatically.

What is included as standard in a Company plan?
Every Company plan includes 3 podcasts, unlimited platform users, unlimited audio episodes and downloads, 500 GB of video storage and 500 GB of video traffic. Services and additional features differ between Company Light, Company and Enterprise and are set out in your quote.
Can I create both public and internal podcasts?
Yes. You can publish public podcasts and, with Company or Enterprise, offer private podcasts through Springcast Mobile. Mobile is not included with Company Light.
Are SSO and procurement support included?
SSO is available for a one-off fee with Company and included with Enterprise. SSO is not included with Company Light. Procurement and security onboarding support is included with Company and Enterprise and available for a fee with Company Light.
Do we get a dedicated contact?
Yes. With Company and Enterprise, you have a dedicated account manager: a regular contact at Springcast for your organisation.
Can a business also choose a Creator plan?
Yes. If you want to manage one podcast yourself and a Creator plan meets your needs, you can consider Essential, Professional and Scale. Need multiple podcasts, Springcast Mobile or additional services? Talk to us about Company.
