What is included as standard in a Company plan?
Every Company plan includes 3 podcasts, unlimited platform users, unlimited audio episodes and downloads, 500 GB of video storage and 500 GB of video traffic. Services and additional features differ between Company Light, Company and Enterprise and are set out in your quote.
Can I create both public and internal podcasts?
Yes. You can publish public podcasts and, with Company or Enterprise, offer private podcasts through Springcast Mobile. Mobile is not included with Company Light. There is no fee per mobile listener.
Are SSO and procurement support included?
SSO is available for a one-off fee with Company and included with Enterprise. SSO is not included with Company Light. Procurement and security onboarding support is included with Company and Enterprise and available for a fee with Company Light.
What support do we get?
Procurement & Security onboarding is included with Company and Enterprise. Our Customer Success team helps you with onboarding and questions.
Can we add onboarding and training?
Yes. Springcast LMS is an add-on on Company at €150 a month, including 100 active learners per subscription year. Extra capacity is €450 a year per bundle of 50 active learners. It is also available with Enterprise.
Can a business also choose a Creator plan?
Yes. Every subscription lets you manage multiple shows within one account. Consider Essential, Professional and Scale if their features and terms meet your needs. Need multiple workspaces, Springcast Mobile or additional services? Talk to us about Company.
